We offer Royal mail 1st Class delivery in the United Kingdom and Flat Rate for everywhere else. Please keep in mind, the timeframes below are for delivery and does not include the packaging and dispatching time. We take a lot of care and attention in making sure your products arrive safely.

2nd Class (Royal Mail) – £3.35
1st Class Signed (Royal Mail) – £6.45
Worldwide shipping options
Europe (Flat Rate) – £9.95
We ship to Europe using Royal mail standard, this service does not include tracking or compensation in the event of non-delivery. **Currently Unavailable**
Everywhere else (Flat Rate) – £29.95
Shipping costs are very high for many other countries, we still would like to offer our products to international customers so we have the option. This service is tracked and compensated in the event of lost in transit.
PLEASE NOTE
Customers are responsible for knowing the laws of their country before placing an order. If your order is not accepted through customs in your country and is detained, we will not issue a refund or send your order again free of charge.
The costs of any import taxes or customs charges that may be applied to orders when they arrive in their country of destination is the responsibility of the customer.
Additional charges are not likely to be added but you should contact your local customs office directly if you need more information.
If an incorrect shipping address has been provided or you do not collect your parcel in time from your delivery office and your parcel is returned to us ‚ we will not send your order out to you again free of charge.
You will be asked to pay the shipping cost for re-sending your order.
Returns & Order Cancellations
Returns are not accepted on the following items:
-Grow Kits
-Mushroom Grain Spawn Bags
-Spore Syringes
-Swabs
As these are aseptically prepared biological items, they are classified as Perishable under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) and the Consumer Rights Act (2015) and are exempt from return. The only reason for this policy is that we cannot restock these items.
All other returns and cancellations are subject to a 5% admin fee.
For cancellations: We will endeavour to cancel your order, but if it’s already been shipped we cannot cancel it.
